My father, Dr. David L. Freeman passed away exactly a year ago today on July 8, 2012. A month before his passing, we did a recording session in Brooklyn for a record we planned on doing together. He was an excellent amateur pianist and loved solo piano records of old standards. I put the tracks away for months because the emotions were too raw. But last month I was able to finishing editing it and master engineer Bob Power mixed it. It’s my tribute to my dad. Feel free to listen to it and download it.
