Dr. David L. Freeman: Piano Favorites

My father, Dr. David L. Freeman passed away exactly a year ago today on July 8, 2012.  A month before his passing, we did a recording session in Brooklyn for a record we planned on doing together.  He was an excellent amateur pianist and loved solo piano records of old standards.  I put the tracks away for months because the emotions were too raw.  But last month I was able to finishing editing it and master engineer Bob Power mixed it.  It’s my tribute to my dad.  Feel free to listen to it and download it.  If you would like to pay, all proceeds will go to the Boston Piano Amateurs, an organization my dad was an active part of and spent a lot of happy moments with.
